IN-STORE PICKUP AND SHIPPING
During the online checkout process you will have the option to choose to have the item shipped to your address or reserve to pickup at our Saskatoon retail storefront location at 638 Broadway Avenue. Choose "In-Store Pickup" if you would like to pick up at this location in Saskatoon only.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and ready for you to pick up. Any order placed after 1:00 pm CST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
There is no time limit on how long we will hold it for you, but we suggest to pick up within 30 days.
Domestic orders of available stock are shipped within 3 business days of placement via Canada Post for $20 flat rate. Although you will receive the shipping notification with tracking number almost immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package right away. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.
Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for fulfillment after your order is placed. Any order placed after 1:00 pm CST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method.
Broadway Shoe Repair does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.
Broadway Shoe Repair does not currently ship internationally. Our apologies for any inconvenience. Stay tuned for future international shipping options.
