- You can send us an email at admin@broadwayshoerepair.com, please include photos of the shoes in question and well as if you will be needing to ship the repair to us

- How much does it cost to get a full rebuild on a Birkenstock Sandal?
- The price on a full rebuild starts at $130 CAD, the price can increase based on the style of Birkenstock that is in need of a rebuild. Please send us an email at admin@broadwayshoerepair.com with photos, so we can accurately quote you the price of your specific Birkenstock repair or pop into the shop with your sandals
- Do we take repair from outside of the province and outside of Canada?
- Yes! We do offer mail-in repair service for all of Canada. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both to and from our shop.
