Warranty Information

We offer in-store warranty checks on certain brands that we carry in our store, these warranty checks will be done by our staff on your behalf. These warranties will cover manufacture and/or quality defects and will require proof of purchase (receipt or date of purchase as shown through online banking records). You will need to drop the footwear in question off at the store and leave it here until the warranty check process is complete. We will reach out via phone call once we have a decision on how to proceed with your specific warranty claim.

Please note that all warranty claims are case by case basis. We will contact the manufactures regarding your specific claim to see what the decision is. As a repair shop, on occasion the warranty will come in a form of a repair vs a direct replacement.

Listen below is information on the individual brands that offer warranty on their products:

Art Footwear/El Naturalista

• We offer in-store warranty checks on a case-by-case basis – please reach out to us if you have either of these brands and are experiencing a manufacturer/quality issue

Birkenstock

• We offer in-store warranty checks on Birkenstock branded footwear for 1 year from date of purchase
• PLEASE NOTE: The EVA Sandals are not covered under warranty but if there is a quality issue within a week of purchase, please reach out to us. These sandals are not intended for everyday wear and will not last nearly as long as the cork sandals if worn every day.

Blundstone

• We offer in store warranty checks on Blundstone for a 2-year period from the date of purchase, beyond that you can visit the warranty section of their website

Darn Tough Socks

• Darn Tough Socks have an unconditional lifetime guarantee
  • Things that are not covered under the warranty are: Socks that disappear in the laundry, dog eaten socks, socks that got to close to a campfire, were lost due to theft by friend of foe or single socks (we only warranty pairs)
• We offer in-store warranty on any pair Darn Tough Socks that are worn out. We will replace the socks with a comparable pair on the spot
• If you wish to go through our distributor for the warranty, you can find the form and information here
• PLEASE NOTE: a recent policy change will make it so you can no longer choose your replacement pair, you will be offered a sock that meets the criteria of the sock you are bringing in for the exchange.

Glerups

• We offer in-store warranty checks on Glerups for one year from the purchase date, beyond that you can visit the warranty section of their website 

Sorel

• We offer in-store warranty checks on Sorel for one year from the purchase date
